I am a multifaceted facilitator, guide, forever student, embodiment coach, and Spirit Activator here to hold the frequency of Truth, divine love, freedom, ease and honorable power in service to humanity. I am here to help you remember and embody who you truly are. We are so much more than this human personality and persona and certainly so much more than what normative society impresses upon us. My mission here is to help lift the veils of anything that is making you Forget the magnitude of your True Being. 

Walking and waking into my passion of wellness and then spirituality in my teens has sent me on quite the journey of self discovery and mastery within and around the world. Along the way, I have and continue to pick up and refine many tools, modalities, and experiences that it is my calling and honor to share. 

I’m here to help people embody their most authentic, aligned soul selves through facilitating consciousness expansion, optimization of wellness, clearing outdated patterns/ways of being, illumination and removal of parasites, assisting in releasing + healing of traumas and ultimately gracefully grounding down all of this newness into your day to day reality as you transform repeatedly into your most powerful, loving, ease-filled expression.
